Owners comments:
Gravity Boots has been in our family since 1997. Although we did not buy her new we believe she was the 1981 boat show boat. Today she is fully equipped for both cruising and racing. In our ownership she has been used extensively for cruising in the Bristol Channel, Ireland, France, Scilly Isles and UK South Coast. More recently she has been based in the Solent and used for local family cruising, day sailing and some local racing including appearances at Cowes Week. She has been constantly maintained and upgraded. Fast, comfortable, responsive and fun to sail we will be sorry to see her go. For sale as we have decided to change to a larger boat.
Builder’s Comments:
In designing the First 32 Jean Berret has been able to produce a fast boat with a very spacious interior. The considerable beam, which is carried well aft, produces a very stable and roomy yacht. Under spinnaker the helm stays very responsive and light and this yacht responds quickly to the lightest breeze.

Builder’s Comments:
The large internal volume is divided between the saloon and two double independent
cabins. Six people can go cruising offshore in comfort. The high quality of the
woodwork with beautiful teak finish throughout combined with a tasteful decor give
the First 32 a comfortable and warm feeling below decks. The galley is well equipped
with gimballed cooker with oven. The navigation area has a good size chart table and
stowage for charts, books and navigational instruments.
Owner’s Comments:
Hull lining and windows were replaced in 2012.
Much of the internal varnish has been refurbished over the years to keep the interior
in good order.
